Danbury Westerners

The Danbury Westerners are a college summer baseball team founded in 1995. We play in the New England Collegiate Baseball League. Through the end of the 2024 season 29 Westerners have played Major League Baseball, 268 Westerners have played Minor League Baseball and 12 Westerners have represented their country in the World Baseball Classic.

We play our home games at Rogers Park in Danbury, Connecticut every June and July. All NECBL games are livestreamed on either ESPN+ or the NECBL Network.

We also offer opportunities to students who want to work on the business side of sports. Former Westerner interns currently work in MLB, MiLB, NFL, NHL, USL, The Rose Bowl, Citizens Bank Park and other sports related jobs.
