From Australia's Victorian High Country to bush covered mountain ranges, I'll bring you along to experience the high's & low's of chasing one of the worlds most illusive deer the Sambar, and other sought after Cervidae game.

What started out for me as a hobby fast became a lifestyle. Living & breathing the "Paddock to Plate" mentality through ethical harvest, field dressing, meat processing, meal prep and cooking has been one of the most exciting & rewarding journeys in life that I've embarked on.
