On the second week of second grade, my daughter came home with math homework—“Make-A-Ten.” What kind of sorcery is this?! Like many parents, I had not a mathing clue. I’ll be the first to raise my hand & admit: I’ve never seen math taught this way before!! Every week, I turn my daughter’s 2nd grade homework into clarity for parents. I built a full second grade math binder—homework pages, classroom worksheets, workbook notes and now I share it here. Every week: Shorts: Binder notes from weekly assignments; Long-form videos No-fluff walkthroughs with problems, steps, and solutions. With each lesson, I create math templates to help understand lessons. If I am unable to create a math template for a lesson, I will follow up with extensive explanations & a lot of notes both in video & shorts form.
