Hi, I'm Adrian Bolboacă. I'm passionate about software development and I wanted to record videos of how I work with Test Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing, Legacy Code, Refactoring and other techniques that I consider essential for developing software in today's world.

Most of the videos are hands-on, genuine, with minimum post-production to show the real joy of developing software, but also it's complexity and the fact that nobody's perfect and nobody knows it all.

I had many hats: programmer, scrum master, product owner, trainer, agile coach, consultant, technical coach, executive coach, transformation lead, etc.
