I want to tell you stories about key moments in history: the struggles, decisions, fears, and actions made by the people who came before us. This podcast will focus primarily, though not exclusively, on modern military history and leaders from World War I to the present.

History is dramatic, exciting, and thoroughly enjoyable - especially when human elements are brought to the forefront. History is a human story. A sentence as dry as "the US Marines stopped the Japanese just short of Henderson Field" sums up the life and death struggle of thousands of soldiers set into motion by decisions made days, weeks, or months before.
