ProHits-viz is a suite of webtools for analyzing and visualizing screens and protein-protein interaction data. It is developed by the laboratory of Dr Anne-Claude Gingras at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute in Toronto. It can be accessed at prohits-viz.org.
