Lifting As We Climb Consulting

This is a healing community space for Black Women, specifically those of us who have encountered challenging often traumatic work experiences. We share, validate, and support in this space as we "lift as we climb"*.

Through my professional experiences as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and personal traumas as a Toxic Job Survivor, I focus on uplifting as many Black Women as I can as a Toxic Job Liberator™.

I pray that any Black Woman who watches my videos will know that she is not alone in having challenging work experiences and that there are resources (many of which I provide) that can help her create a life that she deserves (and still pay her bills).

Sis, I see you, I hear you, and I am here to support you...Dr. Kimani

*"Lifting As We Climb" is the motto of the National Association of Colored Women (NACW) which was founded by Mary Church Terrell and other powerful Black Women in 1896 with a focus on addressing social and political issues impacting our communities.
