Bhu-Darshan

North-East Centre of Excellence on Land Governance was established on October 18, 2024, as a pioneering hub for Capacity building, Research and development, and Scholarly publications across the northeastern states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, and Sikkim. Established under the visionary initiative of the Department of Land Resources (DoLR) as part of the Digital Land Records Modernization Programme (DLRMP), the center aims to strengthen land governance, foster innovation, and drive impactful policy implementation in the region.
