অভিযোগ দায়েরের পদ্ধতি


ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন, ২০০৯ এর ধারা ৭৬ (১) অনুযায়ী, যে কোন ব্যক্তি, যিনি, সাধারণভাবে একজন ভোক্তা বা ভোক্তা হইতে পারেন, এই অধ্যাদেশের অধীন ভোক্তা-অধিকার বিরোধী কার্য সম্পর্কে মহাপরিচালক বা এতদুদ্দেশ্যে মহাপরিচালকের নিকট ক্ষমতাপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তিকে অবহিত করিয়া লিখিত অভিযোগ দায়ের করিতে পারিবেন।
