My name is Mou. I am here to share some healthy recipes, which will be cooked in a unique way. My recipes will be helpful for those people, (1) Who are living on a restricted diet, or (2) having health problem like Fatty Liver, High Cholesterol, High BP, High Sugar, Abnormal weight gain, or (3) Health Conscious, (4) Want to live longer a healthy life by eating good food and want to avoid junk food or food which follows an unhealthy cooking process.

Most of my recipes will be "oil-free". You also will be able to cook any recipe easily without oil following my videos.

Not only Oil-free recipes, but I will also be uploading other recipes as well, and with that, some Kitchen tips & Kitchen hacks will be available.
