Maternal Resources is home to the NatureBack Method of Birth and a leading OB/GYN practice dedicated to providing exceptional physician and midwife care to women in the NYC metro area. The innovative, collaborative practice has convenient office locations in Hoboken, Hackensack, Jersey City, and Farmingdale, NJ.

We are a practice that strives to make women feel supported, safe, confident, and secure throughout pregnancy, during labor and delivery, and after giving birth. Maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialist Dr. Yaakov Abdelhak started this practice in 2002 The mission of this team is to provide women with better birthing experiences and better outcomes.
