Donnie Simpson has been called an icon, trailblazer and a media legend. He is a hall of fame radio personality, and is recognized internationally for his work in television and film. Over his 50+ year career, he has entertained listeners from WJLB in Detroit to WKYS and WMMJ in Washington, and on television as host of "Donnie After Dark" and "Video Soul" where he was one of the nation's first video jockeys.
