1. Let us focus on losing weight by eating healthily & reducing our calorie intake. Diet and fasting is advisable but don't over do it. We don't want to be left anorexic.
2. Choice of food plays an important role on how much calories we can lose. We must avoid fatty foods. Eat foods that are high in fiber and nutrients so that we feel less hungry and eat lesser portions.
3. Do not skip meals. If you intend to eat just one large meal a day, with the intention to lose weight, it will not work. It's not the best solution to weight loss. Instead, have smaller portions of food 3-5 times a day. It will make you feel more energetic and less hungry throughout the day.
4. Exercise at least 3-4 times a week, 1-2 hrs each. Start slow and build up momentum. Do exercises that you love and enjoy.
