JJH Homestead

Hi! We're Joe and Jen of JJH Homestead. Our family of 5 is building a debt free off grid home on 1.5 acres in Oregon. We recently sold our home and downsized our possessions by A LOT! Since then we have been living in our 5th wheel while we build on the weekends and homeschool on the weekdays.

Our original plan was to break ground in December 2019 with a home 3 x's the size. But things change ... weather delays ... Joe's arm surgery ... and Covid-19. We went back to the drawing board with more affordable options AKA house design #7.

We started this channel to share our journey with friends & family and to hopefully inspire others. Most importantly what not to do! We are learning as we go and the JJH crew thanks you for coming along!
