Dr S.K Singh, Joint Director(Hort.) is M.Sc.(Ag.)Hort.(NDUAT, Faizabad), Ph.D. Horticulture (GBPUAT, Pantnagar), J.R.F awarded, NET (I.C.A.R ) qualified, recipient of Gold Medals, Fellowships, Awards and having PG Diploma in Agricultural Extension Management from MANAGE, Hyderabad & MBA (HR) from Symbiosis, has an experience of 23 years in horticulture planning, technology transfer and 70 publications & 50 Radio & T.V. talks.
