Welcome to Mathi's Kitchen, Ithu Ammavin Samayal.

I took this new initiative from the feedback from my son, being foodie he always encourages me by complimenting the best food ever tasted. Since such a food critic at home, I can't even make small mistakes, which helped me to cook to perfection.

One day he gave me an idea to start the restaurant so asked me to list down the dishes and to my surprise, it was almost 200 varieties of recipes I could prepare now. He was awestruck with the number of recipes I listed down and immediately told me why not we try it on youtube.

So here I am, Initially, I am planning to post 1 recipe each day.
