Hey, I’m Matt. Retired Coast Guard Cutterman. Spent most of my life at sea. After hanging up the uniform, I bounced between jobs—electrician, maintenance boss at a razor blade plant, even tried real estate. Civilian life has been a rough transition for me. But I’ve always been a history nerd. Now I tell stories about badass Americans—warfighters, misfits, and forgotten heroes—hoping to keep their legacies alive.
