We're all ageing however, it's only when we reach a certain age or have a scare with our health, emotions, or a life questioning experience that we begin to assess and query how we can live life better - In better health, with a better mindset, with improved control of our emotions. There comes a time when we focus more on ways to prevent ageing, pain, the onset of disease, and possible changes to the way we look and feel.
One of the greatest tools to longevity is regular, sensible exercise. I call it the fountain of youth. It's responsible for improving so many pathways in our lives - brain health, heart and lung health, blood pressure, muscle strength and flexibility, balance, prevention of joint pain, protection from osteoporosis.... and so much more.
We can choose to make it a part of our lives, or we can choose not to! What do you choose?
