What is PIPFA .
PIPFA was constituted in the year 1993 jointly by Three (3) sponsoring bodies the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) and the Auditor General of Pakistan (AGP). PIPFA is registered as a Non-profit Association under Section 42 of The Companies Ordinance, 1984. As a full member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), PIPFA has attained global recognition as an Institution providing Professional Excellence to Public Accountants in Pakistan. Affairs of the Institute are managed by a Twelve (12) member Board of Governors (BOG) comprising elected and nominated members.
