Ruben Mesa, MD, Levine Cancer Institute, Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Comprehensive Cancer Center, Winston-Salem, NC, briefly introduces the MPN Journal, a web-based platform developed by patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) for patients to enable effective tracking of disease-related parameters. This tool aims to empower patients in managing their disease, facilitate patients and healthcare providers in identifying and addressing opportunities to reduce symptom burden, and enhance communication between patients and their healthcare teams. This interview took place at the 67th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition, held in Orlando, FL.
