Heath Ledgers depiction of the Joker in The Dark Knight possibly goes down as one of the most iconic portrayals of a character in Cinematic history. From the unforgettable quotes, to the star quality acting, Heath Ledger delivered it all. Heath sadly passed away before this movie came out, however collected mountains of posthumous awards including an Oscar as ‘Best Supporting Actor’ in 2009 for his incredible performance. Ledger optimized what acting is all about and to this day he is still deeply missed, despite the fact his acting career was short he is without a doubt one of the most talented actors of all time. He may not have been alive for the warm praises he got for this role however, up there in the sky, he knows.
