➡️ Building a business takes a LONG time. Building a meaningful brand is not only time-consuming, but it's very difficult. Most businesses never live to see 10 years, and over half of businesses fail within the first 2 years.


💰 Cash Flow
➡️ Cash flow is the downfall of most businesses. It's an never-ending challenge of stretching your cash flow to it's limits to ensure you not just survive, but thrive at the same time.

Growth periods are exciting times in business, but also the most worrying. I can comfortably say the past year has been both the most exciting, and most stressful!

🥰 Customer care
➡️ As a business, you always want to serve your customers to the highest standards. Whether that's in your products, or as a service-based business.

The problem is that most small businesses see aftersales care as a cost. It's very difficult to see beyond this mindset but you have to prioritise your customers. It's no good getting more customers if you can't look after the ones you already have!

🏦 Finance and loans

➡️ Banks HATE small businesses, and small businesses hate banks.
Getting finance has been one of the biggest and most frustrating challenges over the past 6 years, from equipment purchases to personal mortgages, there's nothing more frustrating than talking to someone on the phone - who's NEVER ran a business in their life - tell you they don't think your business is good enough.
