Not all nasal operations are cosmetic. Often the most rewarding cases are those where we restore not only form but function. This patient was injured in an auto accident in 2018 that left her with a totally collapsed nose and difficulty breathing. In December I performed a nasal reconstruction with multiple cartilage crafts for correction. This is a video shows the unveiling of her restored nose. Family reaction is so rewarding.
