➤ Ingredients:
250 g of minced meat
1 bell pepper, preferably red
250 g of baby spinach
1 medium onion
40 g of butter
4 cloves of garlic
300 grams of mushrooms
2 tbsp of flour
500 ml of milk
About 60 grams of chopped parsley and coriander
300 g of pasta
Olive oil
Vegetable oil
Season with salt and pepper

➤ Tips
1.Paprika and oregano optional
2.I added a little olive oil to the pasta water, and in my experience, it gives a good result. You can choose not to use it.
3.Parmesan cheese is also ideal for this dish, which unfortunately I didn't have at home. If you use Parmesan cheese, be careful of its salt content.
4.And the final tip is, you can use bacon instead of ground meat.
