Millet Khichdi

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup - Rice ( https://www.truestoryorganics.com/pro... )
1/4 Cup - Chana Dal ( https://www.truestoryorganics.com/pro... )
1/4 Cup - Chika Moong dal (https://www.truestoryorganics.com/pro... )
1/2 Cup - Bajra Daliya ( https://www.truestoryorganics.com/pro...)
1/2 Cup - Wheat Daliya (https://www.truestoryorganics.com/pro... )
1/4 Cup - Barnyard Millet (https://www.truestoryorganics.com/pro... )
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp - Ghee
Method :
Take above ingredients in a bowl , Wash Properly till water cleaned , Soak For 1 hour.
Take a Big Vessel and add Water then add Turmeric Powder,Salt to taste , Ghee and Give a Boil then add above Soaked Dal and Millets , Give 3-4 Whistle .Let Cool Pressure Cooker Complety . Mix It
Tadka:
1 tbsp - Ghee
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp - Ginger Chopped
2 tbsp - Green Chilli Chopped
2 no - Cinnamon Stick
6-7 no - Clove
Method :
Make above tadka and Put above the Khichdi , Mix Properly and Serve Hot with Kadhi.

Kadhi
Ingredients:
1+1/2 Cup - Curd
4 Cup - Water
4 tbsp - Besan
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
Tadka:
2 tbsp - Ghee
1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp - Saunf
2 no - Cardamom
1 stick - Dalchini
5-6 no - Clove
7-8 no - Whole Black Pepper
1 no - Tej Patta
1/2 tsp - Methi Dana
2 no - Whole Round Red Chilli
1 tbsp - Ginger Chopped
1 tbsp - Green Chilli Chopped
7-8 no - Curry Leaves
1 tsp - Kasoori Methi
1 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
Method:
Take Bowl add Curd , Water,Besan, Turmeric powder, Salt to taste , Red Chilli Powder, Blend Properly.
Tadka :
Take a kadhai and add Ghee, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Saunf, Cardamom, Dalchini, Clove, Black Pepper, Tej Patta, Methi Dana , Whole Red Round Chilli ,
Mix Properly then add Ginger Chopped ,Green Chilli Chopped, Curry Leaves Mix Properly and add Curd Mixture , Whisk Properly Continuously. give Good Boil then Kasoori methi Crushed , Coriander Leaves Chopped .
Mix Properly and Boil Properly and Serve Hot .
