Bonsai Teppanyaki is a hibachi style specialty restaurant only available on select Carnival cruise ships but it is well worth the money as there is plenty of delicious food as well as a very entertaining chef. There are multiple appetizer courses, which as set, an entree which you can select, and then several courses of dessert - go hungry! This is some of the best food on the Carnival Venezia cruise ship and also one of the better values for an extra cost activity on board.
