Today is a recovery run for me, which means a nice and slow 3 miles. Since its a recovery run, I thought it would be a great day to show my running warmup, post-run stretching, and recovery routine that I'm using for half marathon training.

1st I'll go over my pre-run dynamic stretching
2nd I'll go through my post-run static stretching
3rd I will talk about how I use the ice bath for recovery
4th I will show how and when I use foam rolling

This is the 9th episode of my journey to the Tobacco Road Half Marathon. My goal is to run a 7 minute per mile pace or 1:31:46 finishing time. I've done a marathon and tough mudders in the past, but this speed is something I've never come remotely close to.
