I designed it myself! The plans are available here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/91458534... they aren't exactly build specs, but more of a design concept with layouts, 3d renders, etc... You will need to work with an architect to convert these to detailed plans compliant with your local building codes. If you purchase these design concepts, I can also share the detailed exact framing plans for my build if you message me via Etsy.
This construction is a steel post frame construction style barndominium with traditionally framed 2x6 exterior walls.
We will walk you through the home and discuss some of the interior finishes.
