Jeffrey Archer and Paul Boateng host a studio debate about Britain's Sunday Trading laws. The 1950 Shops Act restricts Sunday trading to a limited list of goods - but more and more stores are opening illegally on a Sunday. Is the law still fit for purpose, or should it be changed? Are we in danger of making Sunday the same as Saturday?

Joining Paul and Jeffrey are guests with opposing views on the topic - Roger Boaden from the Shopping Hours Reform Council, who wants shops to be allowed to open on Sunday to meet public demand, and David Blackmore from the pressure group Keep Sunday Special - who feels that shops opening on a Sunday would impact upon the rights of shop workers and staff.
