Nourishing Christmas tea recipe :

8 cloves
5 cardamom
3 oranges (1for tea while is simmering,2 for juice)
1l of water
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoons of ginger powder
7g of hibiscus flowers
Spoonful of honey or more (you also can use agave syrup)

Boil all spices with hibiscus and sliced oranges for 10min, then let it cool, add honey and orange juice 🍊
