How To Setup / Run Gotv Decoder First Time Installation In Kenya


To set up and run a GOTV decoder for the first time in Kenya, follow these steps:

1. Set Up the Decoder and Connections
1. **Connect the Decoder to the TV**:
Use the *AV cables* (usually included with the decoder) to connect the GOTV decoder to your TV.
If you have a newer TV with an HDMI input and your decoder supports HDMI, use an HDMI cable for better quality.
2. **Connect the Antenna**:
Connect the GOTV antenna (outdoor or indoor, as provided) to the *RF IN* or *ANT IN* port on the decoder.
For outdoor antennas, place it in a location with a clear view of the sky, ideally on the rooftop or a high point.
