Speedrunning this might have been a mistake, but it's definitely not the biggest mistake I made during this run.

For the most part, if someone really wanted to put their heart and soul into this game, a time of 6 hours could easily be obtainable. For me however, I finished this with a rough time of around 6 hours and 35 minutes.

I started off thinking this was gonna be really fun, but eventually realized it was incredibly boring mechanically. There was also the fact that you can softlock the game in literally every door (which nearly happened to me twice in this run). There's a few places where it's incredibly easy to get bad luck and game over, but there's not much you can do to prevent it so skill wise, this game doesn't really require much.

That is to say however, that I suck incredibly bad at timed hits and so some of the fights turned out to be a bit more difficult than they really needed to be. I actually just straight up gave up on trying to get timed attacks on Windleaf and just went with using aggressive attacks instead.

So outside of getting horribly lost in the Hexite Mines as well as accidentally going through a wrong door (and having to do a pointless battle) near the end of the final dungeon, most of this route seemed ok. There were a few things in my notes that I had to question (like keeping the flynn bow but never actually using it), but for the most part I was ok with how everything turned out. Enough so that I have 0 desire to run this game ever again.
