The streets of Bandra witnessed a moving display of faith and devotion as over 500 devotees from the Vailankanni communities of Bazar Road, Chapel Road, and Waroda Road came together for the annual palki procession of Our Lady of Health Vailankanni.

The procession began at the Bazar Road Vailankanni Square grotto, with devotees singing hymns, reciting the Rosary, and walking in prayer. The East Indian band accompanied the devotees, filling the air with traditional hymns dedicated to Mother Vailankanni.

Along the way, the Bazar Road palki was joined by the Chapel Road procession at the central junction, and together they walked through Waroda Road before meeting the Waroda Road community at Veronica Road. The convergence of all three palkis created a powerful moment of unity, culture, and tradition.

This annual celebration reflects the rich traditions of the Catholic community of Bandra and their unwavering devotion to Our Lady of Health Vailankanni.
