We're so grateful to Samantha Guerin — designer of the Grid Gambit — for joining us on Zoom! It was so much fun to be able to share our love for the GG pattern with Samantha.

Samantha shared her own knitting origin story, as well as how she came to be a knitwear designer from a career in hospitality. We chatted about Samantha's commitment to size inclusivity, and a bit about how she learned how to grade for a diverse range of sizes.

Samantha also addressed some questions from our group including how to modify the size of the Grid Gambit, as well as the difference between chart B and C. In addition, she shared her favorite fiber blends, her least favorite stitch, and whether she has plans to continue with the GG stitch pattern in future designs.
