Hey! Tonight you tried to go to sleep but you can't stop listening to the thoughts that are running through your head. Things have been tough, and sometimes life just really gets to you. I'll put down my work for the night so that I can be there to comfort you. We all need to ask for help sometimes and it doesn't mean that you are broken. Your thoughts and feelings are completely valid. I'll play with your hair, give you a little scalp scratching massage, brush your hair, comb your hair, and part your hair with a metal rat tail comb. I'll chat with you about how to deal with the thoughts that give you anxiety and try to help you focus on the positive instead of dwelling on the negative. Relax with me and let me help to raise your vibration as I lull you back to sleep.
