KETO CRISPY TOFU | 生酮脆皮豆腐 | CRUMBLE OR CRUNCHY TWO VERSIONS WITH AIR FRYER | 兩款空氣炸鍋健康美味小零食

Ingredients:

450g Firm tofu (225g/portion)

Crumble coating:
30g Blanched almond flour
1/2 tsp Salt & pepper

Dipping Sauce:

1tsp Sweetener of your choice
1tsp Light soy sauce
1tbsp Rice vinegar
1tsp Garlic mince
1tsp Spring onion finely chopped
1tsp Coriander finely chopped
1tsp Chilli oil/Chilli powder
1 tbsp Avocado oil (heat hot)

TIPS:
Depends on the air fry size, it takes longer if you are cooking large batch. Always check half way to adjust the cooking time as required.
You can also use oven to cook or fry in the fry pan, time might be vary depends on the oven setting.

30g 去皮細杏仁粉
1/2茶匙 椒鹽粉

蘸醬:

1茶匙 羅漢果糖(或任何其他甜味劑)
1茶匙生抽
1湯匙香醋
1茶匙蒜末
1茶匙蔥碎
1茶匙香菜碎
1茶匙辣椒油/辣椒粉
1湯匙鱷梨油(燒熱澆入)

提示:
空氣炸鍋的大小和每批烤豆腐的份量會對烤的時間有稍微影響,烤中途停下查看一下可對烹飪時間稍作調整。
-用烤箱烹飪或直接在煎鍋中煎炸也是可以的,不過時間上因烤箱設置而異。
-不沾粉的版本外殼是偏硬脆的口感,沾粉烤的入口則是酥脆口感看個人喜好了。
