I've had my Creator C501 BMW scan tool for a little over a year as of filming of this video and I thought I would make a quick review of this code reader to show people what it can do and if it's actually worth spending the $80 it goes for now. Have I had better code scanners? Yes, but they always have some kind of negative, such as slow response time or terrible connectivity issues. This Create c501 scanner works every time, but is not able to do everything you might need out of your diagnostic scan tool. Comparing it to a Creator 310, you will be able to do the same things but also have OBD2 possibility on many other cars.
