Making Chocolate from Chuncho Cacao in Cusco, Peru at QORU (Origen) Chocolate (Extended Trailer).

In Spring 2021 I visited Cusco, Peru for the first time. On my daily training walks for hiking Ausungate, I quickly discovered a wonderful chocolatier and business then named Origen Chocolate located at Plaza Limacpampa 501. Today Origen has rebranded as QORU, but the intense flavor and smooth chocolate remains the same.
