On Sunday April 7th, some incredible athletes came together in Phnom Penh, Cambodia to raise awareness and bring attention to vulnerable, exploited and abused children, globally. At Hope for the Silent Voices, we fight hard to be a "voice for the vulnerable."

This ultra fitness event gave many an opportunity to step into a significant physical challenge plus a whole lot of pain and discomfort. The energy was incredible and attitudes truly elite.

3 thrusters 90/55lbs
6 pull-ups
9 wall balls 20/14lbs
