The cake formally referred to as pound cake originated from Northern Europe in the 1741 and was first seen in an English Cookbook "The Art Of Cooking Made Plain And Easy" owned by Hannah Glasse, a recipe which has equally weights of sugar, butter, eggs and flour to easy recollection.

This oats & apple loaf cake is healthy, decadent , moist, tasty, absolutely delicious and the best mouth-watering cake you have ever tasted.

It is then finished with nuts (of your choice or readily accessible to you) and chopped chocolate pieces.

1 medium size apple,
2 room-temp eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
¼ tsp of powdered salt
1 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
60g of vegetable oil
1 & ½ tsp of fried groundnut
2 tsp of chopped chocolate
1 tsp of vanilla essence
