Ninja Foodi Smart Lid - Quick easy Steam Crisp Dinner! Pesto Chicken Pasta

This is almost real time video making this recipe-I did do it real for gathering and getting everything into the Ninja Foodi ceramic pot and then about 30 minute cook time.
This recipe is even better and I made a half portion -what I mean is I used 8 oz of pasta instead of a pound. Hope everyone enjoys the vid and recipe. thanks for watching!

Pesto, Chicken pasta

Inceramic bowl of Ninja foodi smart lid add:

1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup milk
1/2 jar alfredo sauce
Whisk together
add
1/2 pound of penne pasta
make sure pasta submerged-if not add a bit more liquid

On bottom of wire rack-cover with aluminum foil
add
pint tomatoes-season with salt and pepper
1-1 1/2 pound of chicken(either breast or thigh-boneless) be sure chicken breast not tooo thick
season chicken breast with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and Italian seasoning
spray with oil

place in ceramic bowl of Ninja Foodi smart lid
slide to Steam Crisp
set temp to 375F for 15 minutes and press start

when done cooking be careful opening lid(steam)
remove chicken to cutting board and chop when cooler
pour tomatoes and the liquid into the pasta and stir
then add
1/2 jar (3-6 oz )pesto
1/4-1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil
and stir
then add
very large handful of baby spinach and stir to combine-let the residual heat cook the spinach
add the chopped chicken back to pot and stir
then serve and enjoy!
