【4K】 Walking around Starfield Hanam in Korea 스타필드 하남 둘러보기

We walk and look around one of shopping malls Starfield Hanam. It is located in Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province, Korea, eastern area of Seoul. The shopping mall was opened in September, 2016 by Shinsegae, one of the distribution business groups of Korea.

As the biggest multi shopping mall in Korea as of 2020, it boasts the total floor area of 460,000㎡ and the total shops area of 156,000㎡ and is currently being run by a joint corporation of Shinsegae Group and Taubman Asia.

As for entertainment facility, there are Megabox Hanam Starfield, where has the biggest screen out of Megabox theaters across the nation in Korea, and sports theme facility, Sports Monster, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and Aqua Field, etc.

The total floors are 8 stories, 4 ground floors and 4 underground floors. 3 basement floors from the first floor to the third floor are being used as parking lots. And there are also outdoor parking lots. So totally 6,200 cars can be parked at the shopping mall building.

As it is located in Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province, at present, it is not so convenient to visit the place by public transportation because of the suburb of metropolitan area. But it can be reached within 1 hour by car from downtown Seoul. In spite of the geographical weakness, many people were crowded and the parking lots were full with many cars until the era of Covid19.

Today we can walk from the first floor to the fourth floor looking around its facility and various items which are being sold at the shops of the shopping mall. And we can find there are few visitors at the mall due to the Covid19.
