Furry YouTube creator Nos Hyena explains why he’s almost quit the platform in the past, and some of the struggles/difficulties he’s had behind the scenes as a public-facing content creator in the furry fandom. This is probably the most serious video I’ll put out for a while, but I think I owe y’all an explanation of why over the last few years my uploading hasn’t been as consistent, and also what recently has changed to reignite my passion for creating videos and given me new energy to bring into this channel.

I appreciate everyone who’s supported me throughout my YouTube journey. This was a hard video to make in terms of opening up because I don’t expect everyone to understand the difficulties of being really visible… it’s the dream job for many and I don’t want to appear as ungrateful. It’s just there’s certain things no-one really teaches you when you gain a certain following that spills over into your personal life. And I want to give insight into my experiences. Maybe it will help some aspiring furry content creators out there.
