1959 El Camino from the Grave - Hasn't moved in OVER 40 YEARS - Rebuild (Part 1)

Gramps had an old 1959 El Camino he bought back in the early 1970s and it hasn't moved from its spot in the grass since. He is getting up there in age and I would love to take a crack at getting this ol boy back on the road by the end of the summer so he can see it running. It is going to be one heck of a project, but what a bittersweet opportunity. Somewhere in the midwest a raccoon is furious at me for taking his bachelor pad away (print on side panel) along with plenty of funny business inside that I had to clean out. Engine won't turn over yet so of course I bought a new set of front tires prior to loading it onto my trailer. Any help diagnosing or advice is greatly appreciated, it would mean a lot to me and my family!
