29TH LATE NYAMO LOTHA & LATE DANIEL LOTHA FOOTBALL TROPHY 2024 CONCLUDES

The 29th edition of the Late Nyamo Lotha and Late Daniel Lotha Football Trophy 2024 concluded successfully at the Multi-Disciplinary Sports Complex in Dimapur. Organized by the Dimapur Lotha Students’ Union (DLSU), the tournament was held under the theme "Your passion, our game" and showcased a vibrant display of sportsmanship as teams competed fiercely for the top honors. Chandu Agarwal, the special guest at the event, commended the participants for their dedication and emphasized the importance of sports in building community unity. He encouraged the youth to continue engaging in sports, stressing its role in both social and cultural development. During the award ceremony, standout players and teams were recognized for their exceptional performances. DLSU President Chumnran Humtsoe spoke with NLTV about the tournament's purpose, highlighting it as a tribute to the contributions of Late Nyamo Lotha and Late Daniel Lotha, two influential leaders of the Lotha community.
