-- Orientation makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
-- Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 4~7 grades with an accuracy of within ±1g.
-- It has a counting function, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output have been processed.
-- This model of egg grader is features a color touchscreen and PLC control system, you can set the grading accuracy through the touchscreen. It has a self-diagnosis function as well, which diagnoses any malfunctions that may occur.

The auto packer supports 10, 12, 15, 18, and ​30 egg cartons/trays.
-- Empty cartons/trays need to be loaded onto the empty tray conveyor manually, the conveyor will transport the cartons/trays to where the eggs will drop from.
-- The optional Ultra Violet disinfection sanitizes egg shell for maximum food security.
-- Connect with the ZENYER 202A egg washer to assemble a ZENYER 302A egg washing grading line with a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour.
