BC BUDS is an award-winning Canadian short film written and directed by Rudy Lenz.
This is the official trailer for the short film — a proof of concept now expanding into a feature-length adaptation.
Set on a remote cannabis farm in British Columbia, BC BUDS explores fear, control, and transformation through a grounded thriller lens. When a genetically engineered strain capable of eliminating fear enters the world, the people surrounding it begin to change — sometimes violently, sometimes liberatingly.
