Snapshots: Client Interviews

In this video, people currently experiencing homelessness in Bellingham share their personal stories and discuss the causes of homelessness, the difficulty of living on the street, diversity, and how volunteers can help.

This video is part of our Community Volunteer Training series, which was created to give volunteers basic skills and tools when working with people experiencing homelessness. The next four videos discuss trauma, communication, de-escalation techniques, and handling crisis.
