Business owners in Scranton are unhappy — not because the city’s most famous son was replaced by Kamala Harris for November’s election but because the last four years under both of them have been tough.

The disgruntled mood is a warning to the Harris campaign, which needs to win this formerly safe Democratic city where their support was rooted in the blue-collar voters whom Donald Trump has been steadily converting to his cause.
