Meet the Miele Boost CX1. This is the newest, most compact, lightweight Bagless model by Miele. This model is suitable for homes with mostly bare floors and low pile area rugs and carpets (such as Berber). You can use the included “Combination Floor Tool” (SBD365-3) on bare floors as well as low pile rugs and carpets with a switch of a button which is great for changing surfaces without interruption.
This is an excellent feature for people who prefer to use the same floor head on multiple surfaces without having to stop and change floor heads. As far as hair is concerned, this model can handle a large amount of hair (human or pet hair) on bare floors and low amounts of human and pet hair on carpets and area rugs. That is because to remove pet hair from carpets and rugs, a carpet tool with a spinning brush roll would be more effective and easier to use.
